The scenery outside was breathtaking and picture-perfect, which was a great escape from the busy city. the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. One of the best parts of the hotel was the spacious bedroom, which made us feel at home with its cozy furniture and comfortable bed.

Our stay was significantly dampened by the lack of clear communication about the hotel's amenities. we found it irritating that the pint of beer was not filled to the top of the pint glass, unlike what we're used to in the UK. All in all, it was an average experience at best.

the room was spacious with comfortable furniture and modern amenities such as TV, phone, and Wi, Fi. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service and delicious food, especially the bryndzové halušky which tasted heavenly. the clean and sizeable bathroom met all our needs.

We were disappointed to learn that we had to pre, book the massage facility, which was not clearly stated in their advertisement.

I was very disappointed when the hotel staff informed us that the massage facility was not available unless pre-booked, they do not mention this on their website. Food was very poor quality and the service was very slow, which was a negative aspect for us.
